Making sense of life with diabetes. A web portal designed to improve care, information, and patient engagement.
As part of a UX/UI design course, I collaborated with a team of four to develop a mobile app improving communication and accessibility for the University of Porto’s Inclusion Support Center (NAI). Over 12 weeks, we conducted user research, created personas, defined information architecture, and designed task flows. Using Figma, we developed wireframes and wireflows, followed by two rounds of usability testing with five users each. The project emphasized accessibility and inclusivity, addressing challenges like language barriers and information dissemination.
Create a mobile app that enhances communication and accessibility at the NAI, simplifies inclusion service requests, and standardizes processes across faculties, along with a consistent, accessible user experience.
